Will this work with any screenshot?
It works best with clear, straight tables whose columns have visible spacing. Dense tables, merged cells, multi-line headers and blurry images can need manual correction. Batch conversion is available to signed-in users with paid account credits, up to 20 images per batch. Free daily attempts support Single mode only.
Can I copy or download for free?
Yes. Edit any cell, then copy the table or download XLSX / CSV for free. The daily limit applies to recognition attempts, not repeated downloads.
Where does my screenshot go?
Screenshots may be sent securely through our server to an AI provider for table recognition. We do not store the original image in our database. This browser may cache it locally for up to 7 days to restore the preview; clearing browser data removes it. Original previews are not synced across devices. Saved table text is available for 7 days from the start of recognition. Editing does not extend this deadline. Expired table text is cleared by an hourly task; filenames and service records may remain. AI providers apply their own image retention terms.
How do I return to my files?
Sign in to access your account’s results across devices before they expire. Anonymous results depend on the original browser’s session cookie. Download and keep your own copy. Paid plans are currently available for testing only.
Can I open the result in Google Sheets?
Yes. Import the XLSX or CSV file into Google Sheets, or open the workbook in Microsoft Excel.

A few answers about plans, credits and payments.
What is a credit?
1 credit covers 1 successful AI image recognition. Failed processing releases the reserved credit. Editing, copying and downloading cost no extra credits. All plans use the same AI recognition and export features; larger plans give you more credits.
What is included in every plan?
AI table recognition, batch conversion of up to 20 images, cell editing, merging and splitting, plus Excel / CSV exports. Editing and exports use no extra credits. Batch requires a signed-in account with credits from a pack or subscription; free daily attempts are for Single mode. Failed recognition releases reserved credits. Annual credits arrive upfront; monthly credits renew after each paid invoice.
How does the annual offer work?
Customers who have never subscribed get an extra 10% off the standard annual price for their first year. The offer stays available until the first subscription purchase. The 30-minute countdown is the current quote’s validity period; the discount remains available until you subscribe. Stripe checkout holds the selected offer for about 30 minutes. Renewals use the standard annual price.
Do plans renew automatically?
One-time packs do not renew. Each pack is a one-time purchase, valid for 365 days. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled; unused credits expire at the end of that billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full refund within 7 days if none of the pack’s credits have been used. Used packs need support review; unused credits do not automatically qualify for a partial refund. Approved refunds remove the affected credits. Subscription refunds require review; canceling renewal does not issue a refund. Read our refund policy →
Can I combine a subscription and a pack?
Yes. One-time packs keep their 365-day expiry independently of your subscription. You can have one active subscription, and manage its renewal in your account.
How long can I access my files?
Saved table results are available for 7 days after recognition starts. Editing and restoring from Trash do not extend this period. File retention is separate from credit expiry. Download your files to keep a copy.
What can I upload?
Upload PNG, JPG or WebP screenshots, up to 10 MB each. Single mode accepts one image. Paid accounts can queue up to 20 images in Batch mode (100 MB total), process them one by one and download a ZIP. Use a clear image with the whole table visible, and review AI results before exporting.
How are payments processed?
All prices are in USD. Paid purchases are charged securely through Stripe. Your checkout shows the total before you pay.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards and supported wallets are offered by Stripe configuration. Availability depends on your country, device and payment type; eligible options appear at checkout. Use Stripe test payment details while the site is in sandbox mode.
