## Is copying and downloading free?

Yes. Recognition allowances and paid credits apply to conversion, not editing or exporting an existing result.

## Can free users use Batch?

Batch requires Google sign-in and available paid account credits. Free daily attempts are available in Single mode.

## Are yearly credits renewed monthly?

No. Annual credits are granted upfront for the whole billing year and expire at its end. Monthly subscriptions grant credits each billing month.

## Can I get a refund?

A completely unused one-time pack can be submitted for full-refund review within 7 days. Used packs and subscription payments require support review. Refunds are not automatic or guaranteed in all cases. Approved refunds revoke the associated unused credits. See the current [refund policy](https://screenshottoexcel.com/refund-policy).

## Which payment methods are available?

Stripe Checkout shows available methods for the customer's location, device and plan. Card brands and supported wallets may vary; do not assume every method is available for every checkout.

## Is recognition always accurate?

No. Review extracted cells against the original image before using the result. Source-image previews use local browser cache; saved results expire after 7 days.
