# Screenshot to Excel

Convert table screenshots into editable spreadsheets. Upload or paste PNG, JPG or WebP images up to 10 MB, review the extracted cells, then copy or download XLSX or CSV. AI results should be checked before use.

## Single and Batch

Single mode offers a free daily allowance. The current allowance and availability are displayed in the workspace; free service also has global abuse limits. Paid recognition uses account credits. Batch requires Google sign-in and available paid account credits, supports up to 20 images in a sequential queue, and can export an Excel or CSV ZIP. Free daily attempts do not cover Batch.

## Credits and editing

One successful paid image conversion uses one credit. Failed processing releases the reserved credit. Editing, copying and downloading do not use extra credits. Review cells, merge or split cells, and save edits before exporting.

## History and images

Saved recognition results are available for 7 days; download a copy to keep them. Source-image previews depend on this browser's local cache and may be unavailable on another device or after clearing browser data. Uploaded images may be sent to the AI provider for recognition. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

## Account and support

Google sign-in is available. My account includes Overview, Orders & refunds, Credit details and History. Pending orders can be resumed or canceled from the account. Request support for refunds or recognition issues.
